According to New York City Subway rules, “No person may bring any animal on or into any conveyance or facility unless enclosed in a container.” If you read the rule cautiously, it doesn’t mention anything about the size of container or animal. Hence, some people actually took a little advantage of this glitch and took their adorable dogs on the subway. And trust us; they turned out to be the cutest commuters on the NYC subway.
