living with A Boxer

I would like to know more about boxers
Are they good watch dogs? What about the food and maintenance?
Pls inform me the details
Pls give the details of common diseases susceptable to this breed.

Boxers are great fun dogs. Very playful for a long time as they take about 3 years to mature.
I have seen some dogs at protection trials but this mainly depends on the type of breeding - Work or show

As for food, go with a food meant for medium breeds. They are not large dogs.

Boxers are prone for respiratory problems, mainly regarding the lungs
