Mini White Pom dog spotted in Palam Vihar

Today I came across a pure white mini pom dog in Palam vihar , gurgaon near my house who was hanging at a taxi stand .

As per the drivers there the dog was theirs  . However I had my suspicions because his front arm was fractured and he was dirty for an otherwise well groomed dog . He was also not responsing to his supposed name "Salman" very well . Also I think mini pom is a special breed could not imagine him belonging to a place like this . The dog was of very sweet and trusting nature .

 So maybe he was found by those people or something........

Anybody who has lost a same breed dog may contact me , here . I can probably point out the exact location of the dog.
