Ear cropping,good or bad for dogs?

my 1 year old lab ate some pieces of sponge on 7 aug night.he began to vomit excessively 8 aug morning after he was given food.then i called vet, he made my dog vomit out sponge pieces and gave him aciloc + amoxy+ stemetil. dog relaxed for 2- 3 hrs and again started vomiting clear fluid. when i called vet he told me it is gastritis and asked me to stop food and water of dog. the dog vomited many times tht night.on 9 he asked me to give ulgel to dog and repeat same inj.vomiting decreased a bit. on 10 he asked to give some potato mesh to dog after giving him metocloperamide 10 mg subcut, two times a day.vomit decreased but he is retching.i m worried. will he be ok.

We have a ten yera old ,Female mixed breed of Lhasa abso and Spits.Recently The Vet. told us that she has a Tumor on her chest near the Mammary glands as she has not littered .As a result because of accumulation of Milk in the Glands the thing has hardened and turned Tumor.He has suggested Surgery. We want to know if there is any treatment available in Homeopathy.

Is it true that that castration reduces aggressive behavior in dogs ? What is the approx price for this operation ? How much time does it take for the complete the operation and the dog to heal ?
