Get a vet's advice for starters and as Aryan says dogs have problems on smooth tiles. Just do not go around posting for advice as to what supplements to give a big breed pup. This may be an orthopedic or neurological problem requiring joint or/and cartilage supplement along with vitamin B and not just calcium or can also be if the pup has been recently vaccinated there.
