Friends,

My cousin has a German Shepherd - 9 years old - very sweet and healthy. Recently around 6 months back he has developed a Hip (rear leg) - not clear - problem wherein he is now just not able to walk properly. He tries moving with his front leg and just drags the rear part of his body - sprawled on the ground. I saw him recently and was indicated by my cousin that he has visited the Vet and was indicated that this is common for all GSD. I really find this difficult to believe that this is not curable & hence am approaching this forum to see if there is any way we can save him. BTW my cousin stays in Hyderabad.

You can try Homoeopathic medicine "Conium" 200 - twice a day for two weeks. There must be a Homoeopathic doctor in the close vicinity of your residence or a homoeopathic pharmacy. Take German medicine, preferably though Indian medicine are also good especially SBL if German is not available.

Your dog is not suffering from HIP Dysplasia - that's for sure.

Give MEGAFLEX 15 mg per day that should do and u can also put scientific remidies HD/ED tablets which would improve the lubrication in the joints.

I am not a doctor and these are just supplements..

Golden rule....never buy a pet from someone who does it for a living as their life depends on the sale of the puppy and once sold it is a closed chapter. which breed are you looking for and why ? How would u know they are showing the correct pictures, most of the breeders will show u only fake parents as they dont want u to get in contact with the breeder so that u will know the actual price and comission :) I only breed rottweilers for 7 years now and i have friends who breed labs, golden and other breeds as a speciality and they do it for passion for the breed and not $$$ Thanks & Regards Lorven Pet Shop New BEL ROAD, Bangalore Shop Location > http://tinyurl.com/7rv87uk

I am not a doc but have experience...of 10 years with dogs Few questions... Does your dog have ticks ? Check the temp with a thermometer and let me know. Give microdox ( 1 tab per 10kg body weight ) If it still doesnt eat then take to doc immediately as saline needs to be given.
