German Shepherd (female) suffers from a severe separation anxiety, what to do?

I have a 10 months old German Shepherd (female) she suffers from a severe separation anxiety she has destroyed most of the things like sink pipes, curtains, mattress, furniture etc. lastly we had to tie her in a room and leave out of the house for work which is not advisable but have no other option, please do suggest me some training tips to cure it and so that she stays calm while she is alone in the house.

Hi, separation anxiety is a major issue in city dogs. Here are some brief tips.

1. MAke sure she is well exercised and exhausted.

2. Ignore her 5 minutes before leaving and 5 mins after entering the house.

3. Leave a toy like Kong Dental stick with her to keep her engrossed.
