How to make peace between 2 dogs of different breed in same house?

We have a situation. A street-side female with a litter of 5 were sheltering under an old stationary vehicle outside our residential society parking. Soon, the pups started their new world explorations and the mother began absenting for longer periods. Three of the litter got crushed under reversing cars, one perished in cold of 2012 November. Hi Dr. Param,

1. First call to action would be sterilising both these pets.
2. Make them submissive towards all humans so they comply to commands.
3. Start teaching them commands which you feel they will obey.
4. Seek professional help if needed. Try this: https://www.facebook.com/happy tails.pune. Not met personally, but only heard good reviews. I am a professional behaviourist myself so feel free to drop me a mail at adnan@dogspot.in.
