The cost is dependent on many factors. Normally it is very expensive to get a dog as cargo, hence it is always better to get it with you because then the pup is treated as extra luggage only. You can get the cargo and clearance charges from any cargo facilitator here.

a normal 15kg pup costs min 40-50K as per the airlines. KLM cargo is the best but expensive. It all depends upon weight. Airlines charges on volume on international routes.

to import a dog you need IEC code and permit also. But there are ways around at cargo section ie bribe.

When importing a dog from europe the charges depend on the carrier used , the freight charges depend on the weight of the dog in the crate or the volume of the crate which ever is greater , for a dog weighing around 12-18 kg is around 700 to 750 euros inclusive of jet box . Prior to the landing you need to get approval from the quarentine department failing which the dog would not be handed over .
