I dont recomend that you get a pug if you dont have money for medical problems. Pugs also need alot of care. They have short noses which causes breathing problems skin infections the eyes can pop out if you hug the neck to tight or just use a collar when walking so a harness is a must pra (blindness) ,Pugs can also suffer from a fatal disease specific to their breed called Pug Dog Encephalitis (inflammation of the brain) which there is no known cure. They are also hard to house break. They need Weekly brushing to remove dead hair, daily cleaning of facial wrinkles, regular eye and teeth cleaning

hey chetna,
since ur studing and urself dependend on ur parents for money
i will advice u to wait untill u start earning urself
even if u manage to get a puppy (Free) there are cost envolved in raising a dog
on average the expense will be Rs 5000( dog food, vitamins & calcium suplements, dog shampoo, vet , medicines if any )
r u ready for it
check wid ppl around ur house who have dog or visit the nearest park, speak to ppl, see if u can mange
coz it is a long time comitments ( avearge dog life spam is 12 yrs )
coz it looks good in tv adds , dog following u , or helping u, but u need to give training and have lots of patiences
so think all about it
dont rush urself
hope u will get ur canine frnd soon

its nothing like a dog needs 5000 Pm to be spent on.. It make take 100 to 5000,.. it all depends on you ..and why is that you want to go for a pug when you are out of budget.. better get one small breed or get a lab,.. go to google and check "dogs for sale in Gurgoan" and get a lab for 4 k or 5k !! and get it vacinated and a little money for food.. and lots of LOVE! :) there is nothing like you need to give your dog.. ONLY ROYAL CANNIN or Expensive food !! give them home made food.. they will be happy even in that .
