Dogs are indeed our link to happiness, pure bliss. One of the key factors that lead to this happiness is good health of our dogs. As pet parents we should be aware of how our dog's body works. Each and every body part of a dog is complex and susceptible to different ailments. Everyday, our pooches are exposed to a number of environmental factors that may cause them harm. Here is a quick preview to the different body parts of your pooch, what problems may happen and how best to avoid them.

Dog Ears:


Dog ears are one of the most interesting body parts. Did you know that dog ears have 18 muscles that help the dog to raise, tilt, move and rotate their ear to help identify sounds.

Conditions that may inflict the ear:

  • Allergies
  • Debris of dust or mud
  • Hormone disorders
  • Ticks / parasites
