Alabama Dog

We have heard so many stories about heroic dogs but this one is beyond anyone’s wildest dreams. In Prattville, Alabama, a pooch named Bo got its owner busted for alleged drug offences.

Bo - a mix of Pitbull and Husky, became a part of the bust when Police executed a drug search at the Prattville home of a suspect named Edward Melvin Henderson. On hearing the cops come in, Henderson took off and dashed towards a wooded area at the back of his house. When the cops came in they found Bo and said “go get him”. An excited Bo ran after Henderson and found him hiding in the tall grass. Though the cops had lost sight of Henderson in the woods, they saw the wagging tail of Bo and quickly made the arrest without any further incident. The search warrant resulted in the recovery of methamphetamine and components from a math lab. Henderson has been charged with resisting arrest, two counts of unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bo, the brave dog is now with relatives of Henderson and is being regularly checked up on by the local animal control officials.
