Well, if you love Golden Retrievers, then Guisachan Gathering in Scotland is just the place to be. After all, they have a whole festival dedicated to Golden Retrievers!

Yes, you read it right!... Run by the Golden retriever Club of Scotland, the first ever Golden Retriever Festival was first held in 2006 in Scotland, the ancestral home of the much-loved breed, to commemorate the organization’s 50th anniversary.

So popular is the festival with dog lovers that you’ll find Golden Retrievers and their owners from across the globe to celebrate the universally loved breed in all its glory! And why not?…You literally get to see the entire place chock-a-block with Golden Retrievers for as far as your eyes can wander! Now isn’t that your idea of total bliss!!

The festival offers the perfect opportunity to soak in the unconditional love and cuddles of the cute canines and mingle with other owners of Golden Retrievers. There’s a dog show and just about everything else you need to celebrate the true spirit of the cute furballs. But you have to admit, with so many beautiful ‘Goldies’ swarming the place, it’s difficult to choose one winner.

So the next time around you want to go on a special vacation with your lovable ‘Goldie’ furball, remember to head to Scotland and make some special memories together.

One look at all those adorable Golden Retrievers will be enough to make you feel like you have attained Nirvana!
