Origin:

HiBlow is a brand owned by Techno Takatsuki Co. Limited which was established in April, 1947 by Tomomasa Kawasaki in Osaka. The first HiBlow air pump named “DP-6F” was launched in February, 1967.

Certification:

 In December 1997, Takatsuki factory got “ISO-9001” certification. “ISO -140001” certification was achieved in October, 2001.   “ISO-9001/2000” certification was achieved in November, 2001.

Motto:

It goes by the motto “Ultimate Pneumatic Solutions Worldwide” by having its production and sales units spread across the world.

It offers a wide range of robust and recent design and technology Diaphragm Blowers, Compressors and Pumps for Aeration, Environmental, Industrial and Medical applications. Pumps are used in various fields such as medical, home appliances, aquariums and wastewater treatment system and so on.

·      AC Linear Pumps:

             (a)HP – 201: Air output of 20 lpm (litres per minute). Power consumption of 17 W (Watts). Maximum constant pressure output of 15 kPa (kiloPascal). It is equipped   with thermal overload protection.

              (b) HP – 401: Air output of 80 lpm.  Power consumption of 38 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 20 kPa. It is equipped with thermal overload protection and low pressure alarms.

    (c) HP – 601: Air output of 100 lpm.  Power consumption of 51 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 25 kPa. It is equipped with thermal overload protection and low pressure alarms.

    (d) HP – 801: Air output of 120 lpm.  Power consumption of 71 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 25 kPa. It is equipped with thermal overload protection, low pressure alarms, programmable timers and internal switching flow solenoids for aeration and skimmer applications.

   (e) HP – 100LL1: Air output of 130 lpm. Power consumption of 75W. Maximum constant pressure output of 30 kPa. It is equipped with thermal overload protection and low pressure alarms.

   (f)HP – 120LL1: Air output of 150 lpm.  Power consumption of 100 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 30 kPa. It is equipped with thermal overload protection and low pressure alarms.

   (g)HP – 1501: Air output of 200 lpm.  Power consumption of 155 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 30 kPa. It is equipped with thermal overload protection and low pressure alarms.

   (h)HP – 2001: Air output of 240 lpm.  Power consumption of 250 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 30 kPa. It is equipped with thermal overload protection.

       (i)GP – 151: Air output of 40 lpm.  Power consumption of 15 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 20 kPa. It is equipped with thermal overload protection and energised component isolation.

       (j)GP – 401: Air output of 60 lpm.  Power consumption of 34 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 20 kPa. It is equipped with thermal overload protection and energised component isolation.

       (k)NS – 30(Low Flow)1: Air output of 25 lpm.  Power consumption of 1 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 8 kPa. It is equipped with thermal overload protection and dual flow rate capability.

       (l)NS – 30(High Flow)1: Air output of 45 lpm.  Power consumption of 12 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 8 kPa. It is equipped with thermal overload protection and dual flow rate capability.       

       (m)GP – 401: Air output of 60 lpm.  Power consumption of 34 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 20 kPa. It is equipped with thermal overload protection and energised component isolation.

       (n)C- 5BN1: Air output of 10 lpm.  Power consumption of 8.5 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 10 kPa. It is equipped with thermal overload protection.

       (o)CD- 81: Air output of 17 lpm.  Power consumption of 8.5 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 15 kPa. It is equipped with thermal overload protection.

·      DC Rotary:

              (a)ML – 6A/B1: Air output of 4 lpm.  Power consumption of 6.5 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 10 kPa.

·      Fuel Cells:

              (a)FC – 02201: Air output of 1.5 lpm.  Power consumption of 3 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 20 kPa. It uses selective oxidation process.

               (b)FC – 0520N1: Air output of 5 lpm.  Power consumption of 5.5 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 20 kPa. It uses gas booster process.

     (c)FC – 80401: Air output of 60 lpm.  Power consumption of 26 W. Maximum constant pressure output of 15 kPa. It uses cathode air blower process and has thermal overload protection.

Common Features:

Durability : Rubber diaphragm moves laterally and thus can operate for a long continuous time.

No Lubrication and Clean Air :  As there is sliding movement, there is no need of lubrication and exhaust air is clean.

High Efficiency: Electromagnetic separation construction reduces friction and power consumption

Low Noise: Soundproofing construction from the viewpoint of air circuit.

Smooth Air Flow: Since exhaust air volume is constant and free from pulsation, it is useful for applications which require constant air supply and pressure.
