Italian Grocery Store Gets Dog-Friendly Carts So You Can Shop With Your Dog

12 Jul 2016 | by | Posted in: Wag News

First dog-friendly offices, then dog-friendly cafes and now dog-friendly grocery stores; finally, the world is turning into a better place to live in. An Italian supermarket has made a super amazing change and has introduced dog-friendly carts. This means you can come with your pooch on grocery shopping. Therefore, no more worrying about what kind of world war your dog would have got into when left home alone.

According to the store owner, Mr. Gianfranco Galantini, you could happily bring along your small pup to the grocery store and shop without any tension. The carts there have a defined space, in which the dog could stand up or lay down.

The best part here is that each and every cart is washed as soon as the consumer leaves the store. As of now, there haven’t been any complaints about hygiene.

The dogs are warmly welcomed and they either stand or lay down in the cart while helping their human to choose the best meat around along with some of his favorite treats.

The grocery store is well aware that you are worried whenever you leave your pooch alone at home or in a car and go for grocery shopping.

The Italian Grocery Store is leaving no stone unturned when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness. They clean the carts regularly.

We are hoping that our Indian stores take inspiration from this and allow our furballs to shop with us! Imagine how fun it would be!
