Its "The Fox and The Hound" in Reality [Video]

21 Aug 2014 | by | Posted in: Wag News

When Daniel P Mannix wrote "The Fox and The Hound", not even in his wildest dreams did he think that it will come true in Cornwall, Britain.

Gary Zammit, a wildlife ranger, was pleasantly surprised when he saw how well his dog Barney and the rescued fox cub got along with each other. The fox cub was found abandoned in a puddle and was nursed back to health by the local vets and returned to Gary Zammit.

Forrest Stump, the fox cub, instantly became friends with Barney who like Forrest was also rescued by Zammit. Since Forrest Stump cannot return to the wild, he and Barney stay together and spend quality time together! They run about, pull each others ears and just bask in the glory of their new found friendship.

Watch their heartwarming playtime together!
