Yesterday DogSpot got the privilege of attending the glittering launch of Pedigree’s Senior Adult Food by Brett Lee, who is not only a world renowned cricketer but an ardent pet lover also. The successful event was organized to the launch the much awaited senior range from one of the market leaders in pet food. The event was organized at The Park, New Delhi on the 9 th of October 2013 (4pm to 6pm).
The launch of this product is in the wake of rising awareness in Pet owners in India, who are growing more and more sensitive towards their pet’s nutrition. Keeping up with their tag line of “Every dog deserves leading nutrition”, the new product, Pedigree Adult Senior for older dogs has been specially formulated for dogs who are 7 years and above. The food is enriched with Vitamin E, anti-oxidants and pre-biotic and is designed to promote stronger immunity and enhanced digestibility. The kibble sizes are designed to make chewing easier for all older dogs irrespective of the size.
The legendary bowler and now Pedigree’s brand ambassador, Bret Lee is a pet lover to the core and owns a brigade of dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs. He strongly advocates right nutrition and care for every pet and hence has been associated with Pedigree in their crusade to educate pet owners to shift to nutritious and tailor made dog food from “ghar ka khana”. Bret Lee strongly recommended taking care of our little friends at every stage of their life by feeding them right.
After the product launch the audience was given a chance to ask all the questions they had in their mind about the product, which was very well answered by
Pedigree’s nutrition expert Dr Babu, and the marketing team.
The event in the later half shifted to a lighter note where
Bret Lee along with Pedigree India’s Demand Director Mr. Ganesh Ramani hosted a small quiz for every one present at the launch. This turned out to be a fun game where everyone who answered right got an autographed ball from Bret Lee himself!
At the end all the guests got goodie bags from Pedigree which had an autographed bat from Bret Lee. The event was very well managed and hosted and we had a lot of fun. DogSpot extends a special and warm thanks to
Ms Ruchi and Mr. Nishant Agarwal for inviting us, and hope that we get many such occasions to get closer to the brand and its initiatives.
