My 1 month old male labrador has a big white bump near his private region, what to do??

Hi my 1 month old male labrador has a big white bump near his private region. The puppy seems ok with it..and doesnt show any sign of pain while walking or resting. He infact behaves like its not even there. The bump looks like has fluid in it. I am really not sure what it is, and its just making me nervous. Here is the image of the bump: http://i59.tinypic.com/4vit8p.jpg

You should consult a doctor to be sure if the lump is not harmful for the dog. He shall advise you if it can be left as is or needs to be removed to avoid any further complications.
