2 year old Female Labrodor suffering with Kennel Cough. Please suggest any medicine?

hi, I got my new labrador he is 42 days old and i have been feeding him with cerelac and curd and some rice. i feed him 4 time a day.Is this dite ohk for him or i have to feed him more time in a day.and Is the dite ohk or i have to change his food can i feed him boiled eggs.PLZ help me with his dite.What should i give him?
