My 6 month old Labrador puppy hates eating these days, please help?

My 6 month old labrador puppy hates eating these days. While earlier, coaxing would get him to eat a bit, these days his eating has become even less than 250 gms a day. He has even started hating the treats that i add to his dog food. Is it the heat? Any suggestions on how to get him to eat a bit more, and particularly, start enjoying eating once again?

Heat could be a reason... second reason is a same repetitive food... if your dog food menu is very repetitive and predictable dog looses his/her interest in food... keep rotating you food menu... even human get bore of the same menu again and again... consult your Vet ASAP and test for worm also.

He has been dewormed only recently (March). But yes, maybe he needs variation in his diet.

If you have done all of the above the only thing is to go back to basic training. Strict diet plans i.e. feed him 2 meals a day and each time only for 30 mins. if he does not eat, then remove the food.

Good habits must be thought from small days
