The weather is really bad this month. Give him yogurt to eat and also give him 1 tsp of Glucon D. try feeding early in morn and late at night when its cooler a bit.any loose stool or vomits..?

You must go to a vet immediately and get his temperature taken at once. It can be a heat stroke also. All dogs should be kept in a cool place preferably inside the house specially in summer and walked only in the morning and after sun down when the temperature in lower. All The best all will be fine but visit a good vet ASAP.
