What is the cure for persisting scabs, dermatitis or folicilitis like scabs in a Caravan Hound?

He is on a tacrolimus lipid based spray and on miconazole nitrate shampoo. The infection is three month now. Very little improvement. The infection is mainly on back and on underbelly. It turns in black scabs.

Hi Himanshu

We would suggest that you show your dog to a veterinary immediately. Skin infections need to attended to as they cause a lot of discomfort for the dogs. Please consult a vet immediately for further diagnosis.

We wish your dog a speedy recovery!
