Does it cost anything for adopting a dog or is it free?

Hi CecilFor adoption, there is no fees. The only expectation is finding a forever home for the pup / dog and that the dog / pup is loved and cared for, always.RegardsTeam DogSpot

If you found a pedigree dog pl inform nearest local police station and until then take care of it. If no information of missing dog is coming forth from the police station then you are the pet parent for ever. Be very patient with an adult adopted dog. Just wait for it to acclimatize to its new home. Much of the time it will just sit in a corner by itself. Slowly it will start moving about. If it was hurt when you found it then take it immediately to a vet also to ascertain its age and other symptoms. A rabies shot maybe the safest bet. Avoid other vaccines until it is healthy or avoid all as not required in an adult dog.If you adopt from an adoption center then it will be healthy and vaccinated. There maybe a small fee and visits from the adoption center to check that the dog is still with you and that you are not a trader.
