My dog does not want to eat his food,Please help?

My dog does not want to eat his food. Sometimes eat grass and vomit it, what is this. I didn't understand how I can help my dog?

There is lots of discussion regarding why dogs eat grass, and ultimately no single answer looks all inclusive. Some animals act like mini lawnmowers, ingestion grass at each chance, and it's going to be that they merely just like the style or eat it for nutritionary reasons.

Others dogs eat grass solely often, after throwing it up, and this might be a style of self-treatment for stomach upset. In the end, the bulk of dogs demonstrate this behavior at just the once or another and it's usually traditional, these unforeseen changes in behavior is a symbol of a haul.
