my dog is limping and having a wound at his back, please suggest some treatment

I have an Indian Spitz of 8 years.His limping by his back leg,the leg portion has become weak,also he has a wound near his anus region , a kind of wound which is not completely healed since a year ,but has been healed partially. his wound though bleeds at time .kindly suggest something.have been giving him bayrocin and bayphear tablets for legand for wound have been applying him zimig and fucidin as instructed by the vet .but its not working ,please do help

Have you checked for maggot infestation in the wound? Maggots prevent healing.
