My female lab started bleeding on 3rd may, when should i take her for mating?

Her bleeding started on 3rd may. Its her first mating. Yesterday i take her to a male, she just lick his face. when the male tried to mate she just lie down on the ground and doesn't respond to the male.

I would suggest you think and decide to mate your dog. It's a big responsibility. Make sure your dog is healthy and mature enough to carry the pregnancy. To confirm that take her to the vet for the check up and you vet may perform the test and will let you known the date suitable for mating. Generally, female dogs are receptive to male after 10 may of their heat cycle.
