Just elucidate more what you want from him.Do you want him to eliminate when he's being walked? This is possible but are you availabe for him 24x7. What to you want him to do when you are not available and puppy needs to pop asap? What i'd suggest you to do is- decide a place in the house where you want him to relieve and cover it with a layer of newspaper. For two weeks keep a piece of cloth soaked with his urine. Whenever pupy wants to pee the smell emanating from cloth will drive him to go to the newspaper. When puppy reaches the spot, the command 'potty' should be used as frequently as possible.

Whenever your lab do potty inside wipe that place with plain vineger so that the smell goes off, next step is, you need to set the place in your house where your lab go potty, put some clothes/news papers which had your pup urine smell (as what navjot said) on that place, take your pup to that place on every one hour and after his meal time and play time. You pup will learn to eliminate on these areas only. Dont worry labs are very clever and they learn quickly.

Another thing is dont ever allow your lab to bite, it is the very bad habbit, please dont encourage this. You should always be in alpha position, and your dog should always have some respect on you. My lab also behaves similar thing when he is 4 month old, I rolled news paper and hit strongly on ground whenever he start biting, thats scares him. If still bites I will just ignore him and put him alone. One of the worst punishment you can give your dog whenever he did something wrong is just ignoring him and not speaking with him.

Another command is 'off ' command. Keep few treats in your fist tightly and let the dog chase it. Say off unless he gives up and moves off.the moment he gives up, press the clicker and offer the treat. This one takes a little time. Alternately, u can use a tug toy.

Hi kamal, its great you've been able to correct this behaviour. My case, he won't bite usually. But, during play, he chases my feet, nibbles, growls and then runs away. He's just being playful and i convey him that it' s wrong by not reacting to it and leaving the place all together. Now, the no. of these instances have reduced. Apart from that he bites to indicate he wants to go upstaires, that there's no water in the bowl, etc.
