How to keep dog cool during summers?

Hi friends, I am having 3months lab puppy. I used to leave him in back of my house and I provided him house but my problem is during afternoon he is shouting because of over heat. I used to pour water on floor, he kept quiet for sometime only. I am not getting angry but I want him to live comfortably. So please help me!

If he is overheating, you should bring him inside out of the heat. He is a baby and they overheat much quicker than adult dogs.
If you have an area in your home which is dark, place him there with plenty of water to drink. You can mix in some sugar and salt into his water to help keep him hydrated.

Labs always want to be with people/live with people. Is he near by your family members all time? he also barks as he finds no one near to him or play with him.
