Which dog food should we consider for the optimum growth for our puppies?

Hi friends, We have just got 2 lab puppies (male & female), each weighing around 3 kgs each, and are approx. 45 days old. They seem to in good health (cannot see the ribs, coats are looking good). Currently we are feeding Pedigree (Stage 1), and 4 times a day. The puppies seem to be hyper active now. Wanted your opinions/suggestions as to the ideal weight chart for lab puppies. Is the above mentioned weight satisfactory? Also which dog food should we consider for the optimum growth for our puppies? TIA, xm

You can easily calculate your lab puppy weight chart based on his/her parents adult weight. It would be good if you consider Science Plan/Taste of Wild/Royal Canin dog foods instead of Pedigree. Also i doent mean Pedigree is not good, i mean to say that the above mentioned one is better than Pedigree.

45 days old is much too young to be away from their mother.

You should feed them a good quality kibble as KamalRaj J Kuppal suggested above, or else feed them a home cooked diet. You can find many recipes on the internet.
