by any chance have you added onion/mushroom/garlic in your dog food because some of these are extremely poisonous to dogs. Check with vet as soon as possible.

first stop feeding him food and take him to a vet and give water and PROVIDE ICE CUBES this will reduce vomiting mostly fever or gastroenteritis AKA stomach flu nothing to worry just common problem prolly vet will suggest gryptol for loose stools or injection prolly 3 day course or single day or even a simple tab can do the trick for you if the vomiting is toomuch give him perenorm tab its harmless just DONT GIVE HIm food just give water and take him to a Vet As soon as possible update on the situation have a good Day.

thanks @KamalRaj J Kuppal, @ Dinkar Singh and @deekshith. I had a talk with his vet he said these are symptoms of getting caught by Cold. He suggested to give half tab of Ciplox and a tab of Aciloc once and lighter food for a day or two. If this stops him to go for loose motions, he will be fine soon, Otherwise i will take him to vet.

Please suggest your comments on this.
Thanks in advance to help me and my dog.
