I have a 10 months old labrador puppy who has been suffering from red bumps,help?

I have a 10 months old labrador puppy who has been suffering from red bumps on skin following hair loss for last 5 months.We had contacted an experienced vet immediately and was given oral medicines and injections also, several shampoos have also been applied on its body for dandruff etc.the bumps appears and after medicines disappears.Ealier the vet said it is a skin problem and later it is a liver problem. Now the puppy has lost much of his hair, has got red bumps all over its budy which turn into patches causing a lot of irritation.It takes food in time and also perform all normal activities.Please suggest some remedy.

friend,please use the following steps you will be free of worries
1.use MICODINE SHAMPOO-first 2 week use to wash with worm water-three times per week,first wash with margo mixed dog soap,then you apply micodine shampoo wait for half an hour then you wash the dog.After two week you repeat once in week
2,After complectly cured-you have to wash te dog with margo mix dog soap
3.daily you have to brush the dog(it is very imp.to improve the blood cir.)
