The only recognised kennel club in India is the Kennel Club of India. It has a website too. By what you are saying I dont think they are registered with the KCI. Go meet and show these papers to the Mumbai Kennel Club which is a part of the KCI. The contact details you will be able to get from the KCI website. In the worse scenario you will have to register your dogs with unknown parents when they are older.

Hence it is always advisable to do your research first and read articles on websites like this one to get a better idea of buying, keeping, etc pups and dogs. I also dont understand why you got 2 pups at the same time and do you have the time, manpower and money to properly bring up 2 large breed dogs like the neopolitan mastiff which require proper training and socialisation as pups to grow up to be a pleasure to have around. Do you also realise the positive and negatives of having a male and a female dog in the same house etc. Please do a lot of research on the breed ASAP, regarding their care, diet, training and socialisation.

All The Best !!

well girish i would suggest you that dont go to vet, pet shop etc.. go to a guns shop buy a pistol and start searching for the person who sells you the pup before they do this to others..........
