I have a 3 month old male GSD pup his right ear though erect is a bit inclined towards the left, why?

Hi , I have a 3 month old male GSD pup. he is growing well but I have one cause for concern. His left ear has become fully erect but his right ear though erect is a bit inclined towards the left (about 30 deg). Though at times it does become fully erect when the pup is resting. The breeder and the vet are saying that it is normal and the problem will rectify itself by the time he is 5 montghs of age. Please advise if this is normal or do i have to do something to rectify it ( eg. surgery)?

Better the GSD it will take more time to get the ear erect- this is because Good GSD lines have larger ears and they take time to be in right form
