I have a 3 year old pug and he used to scratch and itch a lot, help?

I have a 3 year old pug and he used to scratch and itch a lot and all doctors diagnosed it to be contact dermatitis until recently when he started bleeding and a biopsy was done to find out he has pilomatrixoma ( calcifying epithelioma). Dcotors i have met do not have any sort of treatment neither is there any information available on the line of treatment. He has nothing on the upper side of his body but only severe rashes that bleed from the lower side around his legs. Please help me with the line of treatment for this. I have read amoxycillin or isotretinoin are helpful in this but no doctor is sure or doesnt suggest any specific line of treatment. It is kind of spreading fast on his skin so i want to know the line of treatment, medicines to be given and if has to undergo chemotherapy or radiation therapy?

Hi Siddharth, was your pug diagnosed with pilomatricoma ( it is a kind of skin cancer which can be benign or malignant that is might or might not spread to other areas. Initially all doctors had suggested allergic contact dermatitis and I tried eliminating all the allergens /irritants as well as ruling out the possibility of food allergies. Finally after i got a biopsy done that i came to know that he has some very very rare type of skin cancer which mostly occurs in humans and there is not much information on the line of treatment.I would like to know the line of treatment since there is hardly any mention of any medication or anything for this. His skin around the legs on both the sides is completely red n oozing and the patch of his skin is pretty large that it cant be removed surgically.
