i have a 45 days old female Lab, she stopped eating food. help?

Hi all, i have a 45 days old female Lab, when we bought her home she used to jump on the food and would finish that off in seconds but after 3 to 4 days she stopped eating the food and vomit as well now she is very skinny, treatment is going and vet told me she is not digesting the food and now she is not even interested in eating it. i am giving her Cypon syrup, Liv52, and two more syrup as she had some fever also. now she is fine no fever no vomiting, but not eating anything we force fully giving her cerelac two three times a day. yesterdat vet took her on drip and she is fine now but still not eating. now problem is we can not always keep he on Drip, and since she is not eating she will not recover, can anyone suggest any suppliment or medicine or food she would be interested in eating and is good for future growth procpects. Please help me out. Thanks

First you should not have bought a 45 days puppy you should wait till he is 2 months old. second cerelac is for humans not dogs. Feed him royal canin STARTER moist it with water and serve add one tea spoon of cooked pumpkin to stop Diarrhea and one tea spoon of ginger garlic to reduce vomiting. Good luck. IF you vet suggest cerelac as his food then change to a better Vet.
