It is serious. My pup had same problem, he was 2 n half months old then. I can understand your situation since its difficult to find a vet at night. I took him to vet the next morning, and he was kept on saline for a week without food. I am not sure what would be the best thing to do right now other than finding a vet for him. Other than that don't feed him anything including water let him empty his stomach that's what my vet told me. I hope he gets well soon.

It could be potentially very dangerous specially if the vomits or feces include traces of blood in them. If you have a reason to believe that it could be due to indigestion then you can be a bit more relaxed. But I doubt he would have vomited more that twice or thrice in that case. It could be due to cold too, but that indicates there is some other underlying cause which has weakened your pups immune system. I am not a Vet and what I am telling you is what I have learned from my experience. Try to comfort the pup and keep the area around clean. It might sound revolting but I use to keep a plastic can when he was about to vomit (as it is normally accompanied with a abdominal spasms) or pass stool as you may need a sample. I know you must be going through a harrowing time and wish you and your pup the strength.

I feel he has caught a cold. Go visit a vet and he would advise some medicines.

Always visit a vet straight away rather than waiting .....
