My german shephrd Female Dog hasskin problem in her body, please help and guide solution?

I have german shephrd Female Dog there is a skin problem in her body a red spot whole body and her hair loss due to this she is looking bad and we r upset what we r doing and we checkup my dogy to local doctor he gave him a Serup and injestion to my dogy for hair loss but thaey is no changes my dogy hair loss problem not solve as it is conitiousily her hair loss due to this my dogy look weak nd we are very tensed about her condition plz help us nd guide for suitable solution

Hi Sunita, these kind of skin problems needs to be diagnosed for before the treatment. It could be some food allergy or skin infection. If you are not satisfied with your current vet then you could go for a second opinion.
