Should we need to get our self vaccinated for Rabies?

We have got a Beagle pup who is 81 days now. He was vaccinated for Rabies when he was 62 days. He has a habit to chew on legs and arms of all our family members and sometime bites too. Should we need to get our self vaccinated for Rabies?

Rabies virus is a bullet shaped virus. In medical/veterinary science it is said that it is a bullet which never miss its target. It is self explanatory-once infected you will never be cured. So, better get yourself vaccinated as prophylaxis. There could be arguments such as -if the animal is vaccinated then what is the need ?? It is also true. But there could be cases of vaccine failures-- . So choice is yours.
