I have great dane which is 4 month old and it is suffering from umbilical hernia?

I have great dane he is 4 month old he have an medium size umbilical hernia which when i push it inside it goes away but then after sometime it comes back to its normal state and is size is never constant sometime there is decrease in size and some time there is increase in size. So what should i do?
