Most probably the itching must be causing the fur fall.....firstly find out the underlying cause for the itching,it may be ticks or fleas...secondly,groom him every alternative day..thirdly give him high quality food,d food u feed him must atleast have 24% of protein in it and must also contain omega 3 and omega 6 acids,d food plays an essential role in d wellbeing of a dog's coat..try giving him a grain free diet....last i suggest u to give him nutricoat advance syrup,it is a supplement made for monitoring fur fall and also itching..
