First of all stop giving non-veg daily because it affects a lot on the kidney of dogs or give him lots and lots of exercise otherwise it would decrease the life span of dog.and for the odour give him a bath with shampoo's made especially for dogs twice or thrice a week as suitable.

i also give my boxer non veg daily and i havent heard of any such things as affecting the kidney.but you can try odour removing powder, deo, and give him bath once in 2 weeks in summer.brush him regularly and clean and deodourize his sleeping place.hopefully it is of some help

Excess of organ meat, liver causes problem in kidney. If its meat muscles then no issues. Excess of protein causes kidney failure.
@Sachin>> whenever a dog is fed non-veg the odour goes off in 2-4 weeks. Kindly pos what sort of meat you are feeding? is it human grade or leftovers at the shop. Give him a nice bathe from "petben" shampoo.. its the best one suited for canines w/o any side effects.
