What food should be given to 9-10 weeks old puppy?

I have a mixed breed puppy of 9-10 weeks age, got it from local shepherds (here known as Gaddi kutta). He is quiet active. What should I feed him. Presently we are giving him home made food without any oil and such things mostly rottis, dalia. But the problem is he is having loose stools 3-4 times a day. Can I give him boiled soya chunks, potatoes etc ?

Try to give him curd rice only and check. You can also try egg fried rice i.e. rice with smashed egg.

Give him food which is rich in protein. Try giving him dog food for puppies, or if you want him to have home made food, stick to curd, boled chicken (with out any bones). There is a school of thought that soya chunks may lead to zinc deficiency in your dog.
