Are there any restrictions on taking dog along in rajdhani?

Hello everyone, I want to pick my dog from Lucknow(it's at my in-laws' place right now) and take it to dibrugarh in assam. Now, i will be travelling in Rajdhani express and i plan to take him with us in Ist AC. Is it possible to take him along in rajdhani? Are there any restrictions on taking dog along in rajdhani? Also, the reservation is made from New Delhi to Dibrugarh and while the train passes through lucknow, i plan to pick him up. Do I send a letter to station manager of new delhi or the lucknow for providing a two berth cabin? and also, where do i book him at new delhi or lucknow? Any feedback is welcome and if anyone can provide me any relevant phone no to help out, It will be most welcome. thanks
