Hind legs of my dog are not perfect they are not in the correct shape?

I Dikshit from Hyderabad. I own 2 beautiful saint Bernard 1 male(2yrs) n 1 female(7months) my male is a champion sir but am worried about my female his hind legs are not perfect they are not in the correct shape. I just want to know weather there is any kind of excersises to get them into correct shape
