My Pomeranian has become extremely lazy and vommits every now and then, help?

hello.i have a pamerian roughly of the age of 6-7 years and a female.She has become extremely lazy and vommits every now and then.there has been a decline in her appetite lately.what do i give her so dat she atleast eats well because she has started ignoring her favourite food also?
