It is best to train him urself. Its easy at this age food/ tit bits motivates them. Keep the session very short each day so he does not get bored. It will take time and overnight you cannot have a fully trained dog. It will also help you bond better with ur dog. Try it. Also search the net for basic obedience and how it can be done rather trained.

As i have done it before many times,I can teach you what to do and you can teach him :)
As the puppy would like to learn from his owner.
Start with one thing-sit
1.You can push his hip and make him sit..;.
2.And than say sit 5 times....
3.Dogs get the name if u make them learn...
4.After making him sit again and again ,give him a piece of chicked as a treat :)

If you are interested,i can tell you further..

@ Nandini.. thanks for ur ans.. actually problem is tht, sometimes he responds to instructions but only whn he is in mood otherwise he doesn't. even when i take him out and i ask him not to do something stupid at that time he tries to do it. i feel like he is taking revenge .. lolz.. but its true
he understands basic instructions like, sit, come, step up n down..

@dinkar.. thanks i am trying to do it on my own but im not feeling well since one month so i am not able to pay much more attention to my OrlandO. thts y i needed smone for ths..
