I am planning to buy an exotic breed of dog?

I am planning to buy an exotic breed of dog. I wanted to know if the Akita or the Japanese Akita is good for the climatic conditions of India and also considering the fact that this will be my first dog should I go for it?

My friend, there are handful of breeders of Akita in India..As far as climate is concerned, these are cold climate dogs, a typical tropical climate may not be considered suitable for them...And remember, Akita will shed like a hell in hot climate..you just can't bear the shedding because they have polar bear like coat..
If you are a beginner, you can keep a Labrador or GSD or better you can keep indigenous dogs as they are best in India climate and very hard dogs...
