Rs 15000/- is only the price of PUG eventhough if you get this breed for free can you afford his vet bills? food? gromming and other maintenence? think of it before getting PUG as it is a high maintenence breed.

Hmm thats ok. PUG never comes cheap also its very rare to see a PUG in adoption centre. If you want a DOG as companion/friend with high intelligence level, then you can go for English Cocker Spaniel which is 100 times better than PUG and price starts from Rs 5.5K itself. PUG is a breed with weak immune system, tired easily and has breathing problems (This I got by google about PUG) where as Cocker Spaniel never tires easily it walk with you miles and miles enough, play with you whole day and it shows more affection than PUG (seriously just google it, you will find it) and more loyal breed. House breaking also very easy i.e. potty training, it will come to you when you call his name only once itself where as in case of PUG you need to call him more than once also training takes some time. Most people keep PUG for show companion. PUG easily prone to skin infections/eye disease and so on... Try for English Cocker Spaniel/Daschund else simply go for indian spitz. This is just my opinion and its upto you to take it or not. Thanks

i think u r not having experience in dog nikhitha read more learn more, when you are a student you should listen to the teacher if not they failed their exams, its easy as that if you get a pug and dont have any experience or tips to take care of them and in the end you have to be prepared for the worse. think carefully
