Can I have the diet plan for four months St.Bernard puppy?

I have a four months St.Bernard puppy. I'm feeding chicken once and egg everyday. Recently I changed pedigree to drools but its not showing interest in having the drools even I am mixing it with chicken. Can I have the diet plan and food to be given so that it will be healthy and strong. As it is a heavy breed dog can I have the suggestion.

Changing food needs slow progression. Like 25%-50%-75%

Try Drools FOCUS it is a new and much better variant. I gave Royal Canin Giant puppy to my Bullmastiff at this phase.
