What home food to give after they have vomited for 2days?

I have a 7 months old Golden Retriever, Trixie. She has been vomiting since the past 2 days. Finally today she got her saline and an injection as her body temperature also has increased. She hasn't eaten anything since yesterday and is only on Electrolyte water. She has stopped vomiting and so I would like some suggestions on what do I give her for dinner today. Her diet normally is as follows:Morning: Bread, Milk(more of water), banana slices.Lunch : Boiled rice with dal and boiled potato, carrot and green beansNote: twice a week I add boiled eggs in lunch and once a week chicken.Dinner: Curd rice or Milk with rotiPlease suggest whether a change in her diet is required and what should I give her today for dinner?(as she was vomiting in the morning)
